Actions

CRUD operations are generated automatically for all DB entities and exposed as API. User can choose to enable or disable these actions based on the requirements of an application.

Users can also configure additional actions, to help retrieve data based on multiple reference keys and leverage pagination for streamlined navigation through extensive datasets.

Follow these steps to select the actions to expose as APIs:

1. From the explorer, right-click the Actions folder in an entity and select Select. The properties panel slides up from the bottom.
2. Select the required APIs to expose them as API. User can expose all the actions as APIs by selecting Select All. For GET API, select IsPaginated checkbox to initiate pagination. This will fetch results in multiple pages.
3. If a particular action is not required to expose as API, clear the checkbox associated with that specific API in "Expose As API" column. It can serve as an internal method and be called in a server flow.
4. Click save to make the changes. The "Actions changes applied succesfully" message displays.

IMPORTANT To configure additional actions, right-click DB Entities, and click Select Actions.
